2 - 5pm
Near Preston & Withdean Parks
£10 (+booking fee)
Summer is the season of the fire element, so many wild and edible plants present at this time have cooling and calming properties. We'll begin by exploring Ayurvedic wisdom about tuning into our own nature and (re-)connecting with natural cycles and wisdom, which imbues greater resilience. From there we'll ramble, using our senses to slooow down and get to know the plants around us and how they can support us. This walk is as much about engaging our more sensorial, animal side, as it is about learning about plants!
The meeting point will be near Preston Park - exact location will be sent after registration.
You also get an Ayurvedic wellness review call you can book after you've registered - this is an opportunity to check in as to how your wellness trajectory is and where some tweaks could make you more resilient.
