You can start any of the following at any time.
Kickstart (3 sessions over 2 weeks) We meet via video calls and you get resources tailored to you and receive email support in between sessions for guidance and accountability. Depending on your situation, I may also recommend specific foods and herbs (easily accessible culinary or bioregional ones) to nudge you toward balance.
We'll spend some time unearthing the root of the issue you want to work on and getting clear on your current routines - this groundwork will help identify where the least change could made for the greatest impact on your well-being. You'll learn some proven techniques from habit evolution research and how to apply them to your own situation, receive guidance on what steps to take next, and resources for keeping track of changes you make and how they're working.
Session 1 ~ 1 hour | Session 2 ~ 30 minutes | Session 3 ~ 30 minutes [Sessions are typically one week apart.]
